Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied client portfolio, delivering high‑quality tax advice and services.
• Lead team portfolios and contribute to strategic workflow planning to ensure efficient delivery.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the practice.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients ranging from fast‑growing SMEs to large corporates.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop team members through a structured people development plan.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a practice environment.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
• Versatility and exposure to multiple sectors, enabling service to a varied client base.
