Corporate Tax Manager – Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning practice in Liverpool. You will work closely with Tax Partners and Directors, leading the corporate tax compliance function and delivering a world‑class service to a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance, including reviewing corporation tax computations and handling tax accounting matters.
• Keep clients fully informed on relevant tax issues, queries and technical developments.
• Supervise and develop junior members of the corporate tax team, supporting their studies and performance reviews.
• Identify advisory opportunities arising from the compliance process and collaborate with advisory and personal tax teams.
• Work with other departments to deliver an integrated financial advisory service while maintaining high professional standards.

Required profile

• CTA and/or ACA qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and team management within an accountancy practice.
• Excellent communication, technical expertise and the ability to lead and develop others.
