Corporate Tax Manager – Reading

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join our expanding tax team in Reading. The position offers a hybrid working model and provides the chance to work on a varied client portfolio that includes large corporates, international groups, owner‑managed businesses and not‑for‑profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services for complex group structures and cross‑border matters.
• Prepare and review tax accounting work and related documentation.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on tax issues.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Support the growth of the tax team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience.
• Proven ability to manage technically diverse tax work confidently.
• Experience working with large corporates, international groups or similar client bases.
• Motivation to develop within a national advisory firm and pursue long‑term progression.
