Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager – South West England

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join its South West and Wales offices. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering compliance, accounting and advisory services while supporting high‑profile projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, accounting and planning services.
• Support partners on advisory assignments such as mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations.
• Review and oversee team workloads to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused tax advice.

Required profile

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Proven experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and commercial awareness.
