Corporate Tax Senior Associate – Edinburgh

About the role

This position is with a globally recognised investment management firm and offers a unique chance for a qualified corporate tax professional to move into industry or broaden international exposure. Reporting to the Tax Director, you will join a growing Group Tax function supporting over 300 legal entities across more than 20 jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate UK and international corporate tax compliance.
• Review corporate tax computations, returns and tax provisions.
• Support Pillar 2 and Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CBCR).
• Coordinate Transfer Pricing compliance with external advisers.
• Assist with tax accounting and year‑end reporting.
• Support tax governance, policies and procedures.
• Drive AI and technology initiatives within the tax function.
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Participate in acquisitions, international expansion and strategic tax projects.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, ICAS or equivalent qualification.
• Strong UK corporate tax experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing corporation tax computations and returns.
• Tax accounting or tax reporting experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in international tax, Pillar 2, CBCR, transfer pricing or multinational organisations is advantageous.
