About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to join a top‑ten UK accountancy firm’s Glasgow office. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, leading a team, and driving revenue and profitability while delivering high‑quality tax advice.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage a diverse client portfolio with senior‑level responsibility.
Oversee team members’ portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.
Deliver revenue and profitability targets and develop new business opportunities.
Provide corporate and personal tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring HMRC deadlines are met.
Lead advisory projects and support client development initiatives.

Required profile

Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
Extensive experience across multiple sectors with strong corporate tax expertise.
Proven leadership abilities and commercial acumen.
