Corporate Travel Advisor (Bilingual)

About the role

Join Trip.com’s corporate travel team in Edinburgh as a Bilingual Corporate Travel Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, helping them plan, book, and manage business travel while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client travel inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel managers and travellers.
• Provide cost‑effective travel itineraries that balance price, time, and convenience.
• Book, modify, and cancel flights, hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, rail tickets and related services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by prioritising client interests.

Required profile

• Introductory travel experience in a retail agency or travel management company.
• Strong customer‑service or call‑centre background.
• Fluent in written and spoken English plus an additional language (German or French).
• Quick learner, open to feedback and training.
• Positive, resilient attitude with a proactive mindset.
