Corporation Tax Manager – Hybrid (UK & Ireland)

About the role

Molson Coors is seeking a Corporation Tax Manager to join its Burton headquarters on a hybrid basis. You will own end‑to‑end corporation tax compliance, reporting and advisory for UK and Ireland entities while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit corporation tax returns and payments for all UK & Ireland entities.
• Manage tax provisions under US GAAP and FRS 102, including forecasting and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Provide expert advice on cross‑border transactions, R&D projects, capital investments, pension funding and employee benefits.
• Oversee employment tax obligations such as benefits‑in‑kind, share‑scheme reporting, off‑payroll working and taxed award arrangements.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax processes and collaborate with Finance, IT and Shared Services to leverage automation.
• Monitor new tax legislation, assess business impact and ensure timely compliant implementation.

Required profile

• Professional tax qualification and membership of a recognised Chartered Institute.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of UK corporation tax.
• Proven experience in corporation tax compliance and reporting, preferably with US GAAP exposure.
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner and communicate complex tax matters clearly.
