Corrective and Preventive Action Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Corrective and Preventive Action Lead to drive quality excellence for a global organisation operating in the cosmetics and medical device sectors. The role combines investigative leadership, risk assessment and continuous improvement to ensure compliance and product safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex quality issues and deviations.
• Coordinate and manage CAPA processes to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategic solutions.
• Analyse data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive Quality Assurance experience in cosmetics or medical devices.
• Qualification as a Lead Auditor (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
• Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis and risk management.
• Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
