Cosmetics Helpdesk Operations Coordinator (12‑month FTC)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Cosmetics Helpdesk Operations Coordinator to join its Head Office in Croydon on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will act as the central hub for all cosmetics‑related queries, supporting stores, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for cosmetics queries from stores, suppliers and internal departments.
• Manage and prioritise incoming requests using shared inboxes and internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Track, log and, where necessary, escalate issues to guarantee clear ownership and resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and collaborate with stakeholders to develop long‑term solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and support the execution of trading plans across the cosmetics function.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using various digital platforms for communication and query handling.

Required skills

• Experience with shared inbox or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
