Cost & Productivity Senior Manager – TMT Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cost & Productivity Senior Manager to join our growing team serving Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients. You will help high‑profile organisations improve margins, optimise spend and drive sustainable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cost‑optimisation and productivity programmes across software, media and broader TMT businesses.
• Develop and implement cost‑control initiatives for cloud, software licensing, technology operations, marketing, content production and corporate functions.
• Conduct financial analysis, business‑case development, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Identify performance‑improvement opportunities across COGS, SG&A and R&D through benchmarking and spend analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, procurement, technology, product, commercial and operational teams.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, budgets and governance.
• Coach and develop junior team members while fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Support business‑development activities, proposal generation and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering cost‑optimisation, productivity improvement or financial turnaround programmes.
• Strong understanding of cost‑transformation methodologies and business‑change delivery.
• Proven analytical and financial‑modelling capabilities.
• Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing multiple workstreams and developing junior professionals.
• Commercial acumen and experience supporting business‑development initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
