Counterbalance Driver

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking a Counterbalance Driver to join its Stalybridge warehouse team. You will be responsible for safely moving pallets and goods using a counter‑balance forklift, supporting daily inbound and outbound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets from trucks of all types.
• Off‑load incoming transports and verify goods against the ‘goods‑in’ clipboard.
• Select and dispatch correct items based on location notes.
• Allocate pallets to racking and complete location documentation.
• Wrap pallets and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Valid work permit and EU/UK forklift licence.
• Proven experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
• Basic IT literacy, especially scanning and data entry.
