Counterbalance Driver – PM Shift (2pm-10pm) Mon-Fri

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking a reliable Counterbalance (Bendi) Forklift Driver to join its Sunderland site on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role works the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday, handling the movement of pallets and goods within a busy warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and off‑load pallets from trucks and other transport vehicles.
• Unload incoming goods, verify against ‘goods‑in’ documentation and allocate to appropriate storage locations.
• Wrap pallets and ensure accurate completion of location paperwork.
• Maintain correct stock placement by comparing notes and locations for dispatch.
• Operate scanning equipment to record movements and support inventory control.

Required profile

• Valid work permit and a Forklift EU/UK licence.
• Proven experience as a forklift truck driver, capable of handling all truck types.
• Previous warehouse experience with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic IT literacy, especially proficiency with scanning systems.
