Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Warehouse (Full‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our fast‑paced warehouse team in Aylesbury. The role starts as temporary with the potential to become permanent, offering a dynamic environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently, handling both inbound and outbound goods.
- Ensure loads are secured promptly and safely, following all operational procedures.
- Report any delays, issues or safety concerns directly to the Warehouse Manager.
- Comply with weight restrictions and all safety regulations during loading activities.
- Accurately scan and record all incoming and outgoing freight.
- Conduct daily warehouse checks, including pallet scanning.
Required profile
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
- At least one year of experience operating and loading with FLT trucks.
- Awareness of ADR (dangerous goods) regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
