About the role
We are seeking a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver and Yard Operative to join our logistics team in South Woodham Ferrers. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:30, handling the movement of panels and other goods throughout the yard.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and load lorries with panels efficiently.
- Unload incoming goods and ensure accurate placement.
- Perform general yard duties, including organising stock.
- Assist customers with collections and enquiries.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and in line with company procedures.
Required profile
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- Relevant experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or yard environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Organised, IT‑literate and able to follow health and safety guidelines.

What we offer
- Competitive rate of £14 per hour.
