Courier – Customer‑Focused Delivery Role

About the role

DHL is seeking a motivated Courier to join its Bristol Service Centre. In this frontline position you will deliver and collect shipments while providing a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections according to customer expectations and time‑definite requirements.
• Plan, prioritise and adapt daily routes to meet tight deadlines.
• Perform vehicle checks, ensure safe loading, handling and transportation of parcels.
• Accurately record working and driving hours and capture all required documentation.
• Represent DHL as a professional ambassador, building strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
• Effective communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Demonstrates DHL’s CIS behaviours: Can Do, Passion, Speed and Right First Time.
