Courier – Delivery & Collection Specialist

About the role

As a Courier for DHL, you will be the face of the company, handling daily delivery and collection of shipments for our customers. The role combines fast-paced logistics with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect shipments efficiently and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and organise routes to meet customer requirements.
• Handle shipments safely and follow manual handling processes.
• Adhere to operational policies, security procedures, and complete daily safety checks.
• Maintain vehicle standards and report any sales opportunities or security breaches.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of completing time‑definite deliveries and collections.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and business needs.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of a multi‑drop courier role.
• Full UK driving licence; experience in a similar role is advantageous.
