Course Team Leader - Professional Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Course Team Leader to deliver high‑quality professional construction training to motivated learners in Milton Keynes. This full‑time position combines curriculum development, student mentorship, and industry liaison to ensure the course remains relevant and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Professional Construction course team.
• Design, develop and continuously improve curriculum materials.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with industry partners to keep course content up‑to‑date.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a construction‑related field.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not essential.
