Cover Supervisor – Daily Temporary Role

About the role
The role involves providing daily, short‑term cover for absent teachers in secondary schools across North London. You will deliver lesson plans prepared by the class teacher, maintain a positive learning environment and inspire pupils during the teacher’s absence.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during short‑term teacher absence.
- Deliver lesson instructions as provided by the class teacher.
- Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management.
- Motivate and engage pupils to achieve learning objectives.
Required profile
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Keen to progress and develop within the education sector.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and a good team player.
