About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking confident individuals to work as Cover Supervisors across a range of secondary schools in Cheshire. The role offers flexible education opportunities, allowing you to gain experience in daily supply, long‑term placements, fixed‑term contracts and temp‑to‑perm positions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support for classes when the regular teacher is absent.
• Deliver lesson plans and activities as directed by the school.
• Maintain a safe, orderly learning environment for students.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and subject areas.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with young people and confident in a classroom setting.
• Graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches or experienced cover supervisors are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible and able to commit to a variety of placement lengths.

• Pay starting from £100 per day (up to £120 per day for certain placements).
