About the role
We are seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to step in on short‑notice assignments across secondary schools in the Leeds area. The role is part‑time and temporary, offering immediate start for candidates with strong behaviour management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and deliver lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Adapt teaching materials to suit the curriculum and student needs.
- Provide clear feedback to school staff on pupil progress and any incidents.
Required profile
- Experience as a youth/sports coach, carer or support worker.
- Strong behaviour management and character.
- Relevant BA/MA degree for secondary curriculum (or equivalent transferable skills).
