About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support secondary school classrooms in Oxfordshire. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on teaching experience for those considering a career in education or preparing for teacher training.

Key responsibilities

Maintain positive behaviour and keep students engaged during lessons.
Deliver and supervise pre‑prepared work set by the class teacher.
Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff.
Uphold safeguarding, health and safety standards at all times.

Positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people.

Ability to commute to Oxfordshire.
