About the role
We are looking for confident individuals to provide cover supervision in secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to deliver pre‑prepared lessons and support pupils while fitting around your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons in secondary school classrooms.
- Provide day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term supply as required.
- Maintain classroom order and support pupils’ learning.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑based settings.
- Strong behaviour management abilities.
- Confidence delivering pre‑prepared lessons.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
