Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Warrington)

About the role
Join a dynamic team of Cover Supervisors delivering pre‑planned lessons in secondary schools across Warrington. This temporary, full‑time position offers hands‑on classroom experience without the planning and marking responsibilities of a permanent teacher.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑set lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes during teacher absence.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning throughout each lesson.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
Required profile
- Graduates considering teacher training.
- Sports coaches, youth workers, tutors, or experienced teaching assistants.
- Individuals with experience leading groups.
