Cover Supervisor / Trainee Teacher – Bristol Primary Schools

About the role
Join a range of primary (and some secondary) schools in Bristol as a Cover Supervisor or Trainee Teacher. You will step in when the regular teacher is absent, delivering lessons and maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the classroom during teacher absence.
- Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assist pupils with their work and ensure discipline.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure (and overseas police checks if applicable).
- Professional references and a CV covering the last 10 years of employment.
- Strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
