About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Teacher to provide short‑term instructional support for secondary‑age students across a range of subjects in Harrow, London.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and maintain classroom continuity during teacher absences.
- Support pupils in various subjects, adapting to the needs of each class.
- Follow school safeguarding policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Communicate progress and any concerns to the regular teaching staff.
Required profile
- Experience working with children and young people.
- A relevant degree.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (issued within the last year).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and two professional references covering the last two years.
