About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Crane Operator Trainer based in Biggleswade, working on a permanent, full‑time basis for one of our client companies. The role involves delivering hands‑on training and assessment for mobile and crawler crane operators.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver familiarisation training on mobile and crawler cranes.
- Conduct CPCS testing and mark test papers.
- Complete NVQ assessments and associated paperwork.
- Provide crane demonstrations for customers.
- Attend CPD events to enhance training skills.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 2 or above in a related industry.
- CPCS card covering the mobile crane category.
- CPCS tester and trainer card.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous experience in a similar training role.
- Good communication and strong IT skills.

What we offer
- Salary up to £40,000 per year.
- 40‑hour working week, Monday‑Friday.
