Creative Artworker (Hybrid) – £38,000

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Creative Artworker to join our fast‑moving creative team in Berkhamsted. Working three days a week on‑site and two days remotely, you will produce high‑quality print and digital artwork that meets strict brand standards and tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate, error‑free artwork for print and digital projects following brand guidelines.
• Prepare technical files, apply correct colour profiles (CMYK, RGB) and ensure proper naming and storage.
• Conduct self‑checks and collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers and Quality Control to meet delivery dates.
• Create physical mock‑ups and visualisations when required.
• Provide technical advice on print specifications and digital file formats.
• Assist with quotations and maintain the master icon and image library.
• Record production time in the company timesheet system and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Artworker or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high‑quality work.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive communicator with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of print and digital artwork production processes.
• Understanding of colour management (CMYK, RGB).
• Familiarity with technical file preparation and artwork quality control.
