Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring Creative Director to shape the visual identity of a leading international luggage brand. Based in Hertford, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to bring the brand to life across all customer touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines.
• Lead creative direction for product launches, campaigns, packaging, POS, showroom design and visual merchandising.
• Direct photography and videography projects from concept through delivery.
• Shape the visual experience on e‑commerce and digital platforms.
• Provide creative direction for all brand communications and content.
• Coach, mentor and develop the internal creative team.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Creative Lead or Senior Brand Creative professional.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, retail and digital work.
• Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
