Creative Marketing Effectiveness Manager

About the role

The global consumer brand is looking for a Creative Marketing Effectiveness Manager to join its high‑performing marketing team in London. You will work within a specialist performance function, shaping how creative and marketing impact are measured and applied to future campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse creative testing results together with econometric modelling outputs to assess strengths, weaknesses and commercial impact.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for creative, marketing and strategy stakeholders.
• Influence campaign and creative decisions through data‑led storytelling.
• Build collaborative relationships across creative, insights and performance teams.
• Develop and implement consistent measurement frameworks for creative and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with insight and analytics teams to evolve long‑term creative testing approaches.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling econometric/MMM data.
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience within FMCG, consumer brands, media agencies, research or creative agencies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multi‑channel marketing across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
