Creative Marketing Project Lead

About the role

GAMA Healthcare, founded in 2004 by two doctors and known for its Clinell Universal Wipes, which is a number 1 brand in the NHS, is looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Project Manager to join its Creative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role coordinates the Creative Studio's workload so that projects are planned, prioritised and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. It is based at GAMA HQ in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, including campaigns, launches, sales materials, digital assets and events.
• Coordinate workloads and resources across the Creative team, freelancers, agencies and external partners.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and QA to manage priorities and keep projects on track.
• Review briefs, develop timelines and budgets, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage project workflows through Wrike and Veeva, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance.
• Improve Creative Studio processes, project controls and ways of working.

Required profile

• Multiple years' experience within an agency, creative team or design studio.
• Strong experience managing multiple creative projects and stakeholders.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and external suppliers.
• Good understanding of print and digital creative production.
• Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
• PRINCE2 or Agile project management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
