Creative Producer

About the role

As a Creative Producer at FlightStory, you will create best‑in‑class video and photo content for brand partners, marketing, product, and speaker divisions, reaching millions globally. You will work across the full production pipeline, from concept through to final delivery, collaborating with project, podcast, creative and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of commercial and branded productions, turning briefs, scripts and storyboards into realistic shoot plans.
• Act as on‑set producer, managing talent, crew and schedule, and making quick decisions when plans change.
• Build and manage post‑production timelines, coordinate editors, designers and motion teams, and ensure timely sign‑off.
• Provide production, technical or editorial support for long‑form shows and help package branded content.
• Monitor industry, platform and AI trends, propose new techniques and drive continuous improvement in the production workflow.

Required profile

• Hands‑on producer comfortable leading both editorial and technical aspects of long‑form and commercial shoots.
• Creative collaborator who can translate briefs into workable shoot plans.
• Self‑sufficient, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data‑literate, able to analyse performance and spend data to inform decisions.
• Clear communicator who can brief talent and coordinate across creative, commercial and production stakeholders.
