Creative Project Manager – Global Services

About the role

Lubrizol is looking for a Creative Project Manager to act as the first point of contact for all creative projects worldwide. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards while supporting business growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate resources for in‑house creative teams and external vendors globally.
• Oversee project execution from intake to delivery, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.
• Build and optimise workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Partner with Creative Directors and leads to monitor capacity, adjust workloads, and prevent delays.
• Manage incoming creative requests, develop clear briefs, and support peak‑workload planning.
• Provide regular status reports, timeline updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a project‑management role within a creative or marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of intake, prioritisation, resourcing and timeline management for creative work.
• Ability to lead processes and support senior creative leadership with reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management platforms for planning, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to design and maintain workflows, templates and dashboards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for customer updates.
