Creative Project Manager – Retail & FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead a flagship European retail client account at an award‑winning creative agency. The role involves overseeing packaging and branding projects from brief to delivery, working in a hybrid setting based in Purley.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative, artwork, production and localisation teams.
• Review artwork and project documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead client meetings, provide regular updates and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment.
• Proven experience managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Strong client‑facing attitude and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Experience in FMCG packaging, branding, translation/localisation or related creative production is desirable.
