Creative – Social‑First Content Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading social‑first creative agency to find an exceptional Creative who is passionate about producing content that audiences actively engage with.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original, social‑first creative concepts from brief through to execution.
• Turn audience insights, trends and cultural moments into engaging campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, production and creator teams to deliver standout work.
• Create platform‑native ideas for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Support creative pitches and help win new business.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends and social behaviours.
• Shape content that delivers cultural relevance and commercial impact.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Experience working in a creative, social or integrated agency.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and social‑first campaign ideas.
• Instinct for internet culture, trends, memes and platform behaviours.
• Experience developing creative for brands across social media.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge creative thinking.
• Genuine passion for creating work that audiences choose to engage with.
