Creative Strategist

About the role

Hello Klean, a fast‑growing London‑based beauty brand, is looking for a Creative Strategist to shape the ideas behind its paid‑social advertising. You will sit at the crossroads of data and creativity, turning performance insights into compelling ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the creative strategy for paid‑social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more.
• Translate performance data, audience insights and trends into testable creative concepts and hooks.
• Write briefs for UGC creators, designers and video editors, and oversee production from idea to final cut.
• Build and manage a testing roadmap, defining what to test, why, and success criteria.
• Analyse creative performance and turn learnings into a repeatable framework.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats and competitor creative.
• Partner closely with the growth/media‑buying team to align creative with channel performance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or social‑first content.
• Proven track record producing performance ad creative for brands.
• Strong understanding of what makes paid‑social creative convert.
• Comfortable reading and acting on performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate and thumb‑stop rate.
• Excellent briefing and storytelling abilities.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
