Creative Strategist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand to build its UK presence. As a Creative Strategist you will sit at the crossroads of performance marketing, creative development and customer insight, shaping paid‑social campaigns that drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid‑social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop testing roadmaps and formulate creative hypotheses.
• Brief and collaborate with designers, creators and external agencies.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise creative assets.
• Source, activate and manage creator‑generated content.
• Localise global campaigns for the UK market.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in paid‑social creative or creative strategy.
• Proven track record of high‑performing paid‑social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach.
