Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the creative output for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) client accounts. Working remotely with UK‑time‑zone overlap, you will shape the visual and messaging direction that drives performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other paid media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for 4‑8 DTC client accounts.
• Produce 10‑20+ creative briefs per client each month, covering static, video and UGC assets.
• Analyse ad performance data to uncover winning angles, hooks and formats.
• Research competitors and trends via Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center and organic social.
• Write ad copy, headlines and hooks that convert.
• QA all creative output for copy accuracy, brand consistency and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with media buyers to align creative with campaign objectives and ROAS targets.
• Manage the creative pipeline from brief through to ad launch.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in paid‑social creative strategy, preferably within a performance‑marketing or DTC agency.
• Proven ability to generate high‑volume, high‑quality creative briefs.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response advertising and conversion drivers.
• Fluent in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS).
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on scroll‑stopping hooks and CTAs.
• Analytical mindset that uses data to inform creative decisions.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to juggle multiple clients under tight deadlines.
