Creative Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate leader to combine creative excellence, operational effectiveness and data‑informed decision making to deliver outstanding marketing outcomes for a global events business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own creative standards and quality assurance across the portfolio, ensuring visual assets are compelling, accessible and aligned with brand identities.
• Develop reusable templates, design systems and creative frameworks to improve consistency and scalability.
• Partner with Web, Product and Marketing Technology teams to shape visual experiences of websites and digital touchpoints.
• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end creative workflow, including briefing, prioritisation, production, approvals and Digital Asset Management.

Required profile

• Strong experience across branding, creative design, digital, video and motion.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing designers or other creative specialists.
• Ability to move comfortably between creative thinking, marketing strategy and operational delivery.
• Experience using campaign objectives, audience insight or performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Strong project, workflow and prioritisation skills in a high‑volume or multi‑brand environment.
• Experience developing scalable standards, frameworks or toolkits that improve quality while allowing brand flexibility.
