Credit Control Administrator

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established client seeking a confident Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team. The role is ideal for candidates with a finance background or some experience in credit control, who are comfortable dealing with suppliers and managing customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide invoices and statements to customers.
• Monitor customer credit limits, spend, and obtain credit reports when required.
• Process direct debits and take card payments.
• Collect overdue debt while ensuring customer spend stays within approved credit limits.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and liaise with internal and external customers to resolve day‑to‑day queries.

Required profile

• Recent experience as a Finance Admin, Finance Assistant, Credit Controller or in Debt Collection.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence when dealing with suppliers and clients.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
