Credit Control Assistant – Full Training Provided

About the role

This position is an entry‑level Credit Control Assistant role within a leading property and finance team in South Croydon. You will receive full training and a structured development plan to help you transition into a specialist finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reminders and property‑related correspondence to ensure timely communication.
• Maintain and update credit tracking systems with a focus on 100% data accuracy.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to keep tenant accounts current.
• Monitor Direct Debits and Standing Orders, and raise billing and fee invoices.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, customer service or retail environments.
• Motivated and eager to learn with a long‑term career focus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
