Credit Controller – Finance Team

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Credit Controller to join our growing finance team in Witney. You will play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing overdue accounts and supporting the wider finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone, email and letter to chase outstanding payments.
- Allocate incoming payments accurately across customer accounts.
- Prepare and issue customer statements and payment reminders.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a finance or credit control role.
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Full driving licence and access to transport due to the role’s location.
