Credit Controller – Full‑time, Kingston upon Thames

About the role

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a growing company based in Kingston upon Thames who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be happy to work an office‑based position.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to chase outstanding debts and record all details against the customer record.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all invoices have been actioned by the customer.
• Monitor credit‑stopped orders throughout the day and take appropriate action.
• Ensure credit limits are set at the required level and are continuously monitored.
• Track customer payment patterns to identify potential cash‑flow issues.
• Log customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Process New Account Proposal Forms promptly and review them regularly for credit decisions.
• Carry out ad‑hoc projects as requested by the Financial Controller.
