Credit Controller (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join a dynamic finance team on a hybrid basis. You will work three days a week on‑site in Epsom and the remaining days remotely, supporting the company’s cash‑flow management and credit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to chase outstanding debts and record all interactions.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure invoices are fully actioned.
• Monitor credit‑stopped orders throughout the day and take appropriate action.
• Maintain and review credit limits to ensure they are set correctly.
• Analyse customer payment patterns and flag potential cash‑flow issues.
• Log and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
• Process New Account Proposal Forms promptly and support credit decisions.
• Carry out ad‑hoc projects as requested by the Financial Controller.
