About the role
You will join a reputable, well‑established business in Bolton as an experienced Credit Controller. The position is full‑time and permanent, operating on a hybrid model with two days a week working from home.
Key responsibilities
- On‑board new customers and conduct credit checks.
- Manage disputes from start to finish.
- Allocate cash payments promptly.
- Handle inbound calls from internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively chase overdue invoices.
- Perform ad‑hoc credit‑related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong ownership of responsibilities and end‑to‑end credit processes.
