About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our global business travel company’s UK office in South West London. The role is based on‑site four days a week, offering a focused environment to manage customer accounts and support the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and proactively collect outstanding payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and maintain healthy account balances.
- Monitor aged debts, identify payment risks and take appropriate action.
- Allocate payments, reconcile customer accounts and issue regular statements.
- Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to improve processes.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in credit control or debt collection.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
What we offer
- Four‑day work week (30 hours) on site.
- Salary up to £24,000 per year.
