About the role
We are seeking a Credit Controller to join a growing business in Ware. You will work in a busy accounts environment, handling B2C collections and ensuring timely payments from customers.
Key responsibilities
- Chase late or non‑payment accounts
- Allocate cash receipts to the correct invoices
- Raise credit notes where required
- Resolve queries from customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate credit administration, including customer records and inbox management
Required profile
- Experience in business‑to‑consumer collections
- Customer‑focused and solutions‑driven attitude
- Confident user of Excel
- Ability to work as part of a friendly, supportive team
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in a dog‑friendly office

What we offer
- Salary between £30,000 and £32,000 per year
- Full‑time, permanent position
