Credit Controller

About the role

Juice Recruitment Ltd is looking for a proactive Credit Controller to join its finance team in Cirencester. You will manage the sales ledger, ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and support healthy cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the sales ledger on a daily basis.
• Contact customers by phone, email and written correspondence to chase overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments accurately.
• Prepare and distribute aged debt reports to management.
• Review credit limits and recommend adjustments where necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month‑end reporting and general finance administration.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise workload.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
