About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a world‑class business in Biggleswade. You will work in a busy accounts team, helping to maintain a healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and supporting the company’s international customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer account details.
- Chase customers for late or non‑payment and allocate cash receipts.
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases to the Credit Manager.
- Collaborate with fellow controllers to meet targets and keep DSO within agreed limits.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of credit control experience.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work 100% on‑site in an office environment.
- Reliable transport – easily accessible from the A1M.
