Credit Fulfilment Officer – Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Credit Fulfilment Officer to join a leading City of London banking brand. The role supports the end‑to‑end administration of residential mortgage, buy‑to‑let, commercial real‑estate and select SME credit facilities, ensuring timely documentation and disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare in‑house term sheets, facility letters, addenda and borrower consents following credit approval.
• Obtain fee quotes from panel valuers and solicitors and coordinate their appointment.
• Track the return of signed documentation, commitment fees and ensure all pre‑disbursement conditions are met.
• Review valuation reports, manage queries from solicitors/valuers and liaise with Credit, Operations, Treasury and Monitoring teams.
• Execute disbursement processes, book loan limits and collateral in the banking system.
• Post‑completion, collect executed charge documents, verify condition subsequent compliance and maintain filing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit or mortgage administration within a commercial banking environment.
• Familiarity with residential, BTL and commercial real‑estate lending products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Document preparation using internal templates.
• Proficiency with document management and loan administration systems.
